Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients (Chocolate Cupcakes)-

 ~ 10 (ten) tbsp butter.

 ~ 1 1/4 cups white sugar.

 ~ 4 (four) eggs.

 ~ 1/4 (one-quarter) teaspoon almond extract.

 ~ 1 (one) teaspoon vanilla extract.

 ~ 1 1/2 (one and a half) cups all purpose flour.

 ~ 3/4 cup cocoa powder (no sugar)

 ~ 2 (two) teaspoons baking powder.

 ~ 1/4 tsp salt (as needed)

 ~ 3/4 cup milk.

 

  Method-

►Preheat the oven to 175 °C.  Grease two muffin pans with 20 paper baking cups.

Take a bowl, put butter and sugar in it, now keep beating these two ingredients with an electric mixer till light and fluffy.

When whisking well, add the beaten mixture to the eggs, almond extract and vanilla.  

Mix all purpose flour, cocoa powder (without sugar), baking powder and salt.  Stir in the batter alternately with the milk, until well mixed.  

Pour the batter into prepared cups, distributing it equally.

Preheat the oven, bake in the preheated oven until the tops spring back when lightly pressed, 20 to 25 minutes.  

Cool in a pan placed on a wire rack.  When cool, place the cupcakes on a serving platter.

Serve with your favorite frosting

Chocolate cupcakes are ready, serve the prepared chocolate cupcakes.
