Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredients (Chocolate Cupcakes)-
Method-
►Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Grease two muffin pans with 20 paper baking cups.
►Take a bowl, put butter and sugar in it, now keep beating these two ingredients with an electric mixer till light and fluffy.
►When whisking well, add the beaten mixture to the
eggs, almond extract and vanilla.
►Mix all purpose flour, cocoa powder (without sugar), baking powder and salt. Stir in the batter alternately with the milk, until well mixed.
►Pour the batter into prepared cups, distributing it equally.
►Preheat the oven, bake in the preheated oven until the tops spring back when lightly pressed, 20 to 25 minutes.
►Cool in a pan placed on a wire rack. When cool, place the cupcakes on a serving platter.
►Serve with your favorite frosting
Chocolate cupcakes are ready, serve the prepared chocolate cupcakes.
