Matar Paneer Pulao
Ingredients for making Matar Paneer Pulao-
• Cup basmati rice
• Cup cottage cheese
• One large onion (chopped)
• 1 inch piece of grated ginger
• Garlic paste tsp
• 1 green chili, finely chopped
• Cup green peas
• 1 inch piece of cinnamon
• Two cloves
• 1 small piece of baby leaf
• One teaspoon lemon juice
• A cup of water
• Tsp salt (or as needed)
• One tablespoon oil
• Small tsp ghee
• Two tablespoon green coriander
Method-
• First of all wash Basmati rice in a bowl and soak them in water.
• Now heat the pressure cooker on low flame, add half a teaspoon of ghee and a teaspoon of oil.
• When the oil and ghee is hot, then fry cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, ground garlic and grated ginger in it for half a minute.
• After half a minute add green chili and chopped onion, now fry green chili and onion till it becomes light brown.
• Add green peas to it, stir and drain the water from the soaked rice and add it. Now fry them. (for about a minute).
• Now add a cup of water to it, and add salt and lemon juice to it.
• Now turn the gas flame to medium, and let two whistles come, when two cities come, then turn off the gas, and let the steam come out, then open the lid.
• Now put a table spoon of oil in the pan and put small pieces of paneer in the oil and make them golden brown. When it turns brown, take it out in a plate.
• Now mix the pieces of paneer in the pressure cooker (in the rice), and mix them and take them out in a big bowl.
• Now garnish these Matar Paneer Pulao with green
coriander, and eat and feed it hot.
