How to make malai kulfi falooda

Malai Kulfi Falooda

 Materials-

  Ingredients for Malai Kulfi-

  • Milk 1 (one) liter

  • Sugar 1 (one) cup

  • Tetra Pack Cream 1 (one) packet

  • Less milk (Khoya) 180 grams

  • Bread slices 2 large

  • Screw Pine (Kewra) 1 (One) tbsp

  • Chopped Almonds 1/2 Tbsp, Chopped Pistachios 1/2 Tbsp

  Ingredients for Falooda-

  • Maize flour 1 (one) cup

  • Water 2, 1/2 (two and a half) cups

  • A few drops of yellow and red color (if you like)

  • Screw Pine 1 (One) Tbsp


 Method-

  Method for Falooda-

  • Take a pan, mix these 4 ingredients together in that pan, corn flour, water, yellow color and screw pine.

  • Now put this pan on the gas and cook on medium flame till it becomes thick and shiny.

  • Switch off the gas and lower the pan, now pour it into the falooda mold.

  • Place these molds over a pot of cold water, after some time press the mold hard, Falooda Noodles are ready to serve with Kulfi.

  Method for Kulfi-

  • Cook the milk on medium flame till it thickens and the milk reduces slightly.

  • Add sugar to the milk, and cook it till the milk becomes half.

  • Put the bread slices in the condensed milk and cook for another 5 minutes.

  • Switch off the gas, and put khoya and screw pine in it, now leave the mixture to cool down properly.

  • Then put the mixture in a blender and mix it well and put chopped almonds and chopped pistachios in the mold of Kulfi and keep it in the freezer to freeze.

  • Serving Method:

  In a serving bowl add crushed ice, prepared falooda noodles, cream and chopped kulfi.
