• Basil leaves - 22 leaves.

• Mint leaves - 2 to 4 leaves.

• Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

• Cardamom - five

• Sugar - 1 kg (5 cups)

• Lemon (medium sized) - 4

  Method-

• First of all take rose petals and wash them twice with clean water, and filter the water which is left, spread a clean cloth and put the petals on a clean cloth.

• Put rose petals in the mixer and add a cup of boiled water and grind it.

• Now filter this paste in a sieve and fill it (rose water) in a separate container and close the lid.

• Now add cardamom powder to the remaining sugar and grind it.

• Take out all the lemon juice in a bowl.

• Now add the paste made of rose petals, beetroot paste, lemon juice, sugar paste in the syrup that is made.

• Now cover the syrup and leave it like this for 4-5 hours, (so that all the ingredients mix well)

• Your rose syrup is ready, fill this syrup in a good glass bottle and keep it in the fridge.  When you want to drink sherbet, take a glass, add 2 spoons of sherbet and cold water to it.  Mix it well with the help of a spoon, add ice cubes to cool it.

• Gulab sherbet can be used by keeping it in the refrigerator for 25 to 30 days.
