Mint Chocolate Cake
Material-
• 1 Package chocolate cake mix (regular size)
• 1/2 Cup butter, softened
• 2 Cups confectioner's sugar
• 1 Tbsp water
• 1/2 Tsp peppermint extract
• 3 Drops green food coloring
• 1-1/2 Cups milk chocolate chips
• 6 Tablespoons butter, softened
• 1/4 Tsp peppermint extract.
Way-
• Using a 15x10x1-inch baking pan, prepare cake batter according to package directions.
• Bake the cake batter at 350° for 30 minutes (toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean).
• Take a large bowl, mix the frosting ingredients in that bowl until smooth. Spread on top of cooled cake.
• To make the topping, melt the chocolate chips and butter in the microwave; Stir until smooth. Stir to remove. Spread on frosting. Refrigerate until set.
