Kurkuri Bhindi Recipe
Materials:-
• Bhindi - 250 grams
• Gram flour - 3 tbsp
• Rice flour - 1 tbsp
• Salt - as required
• Red chili powder - 2 tbsp
• Amchur powder - 1 tsp
• Asafoetida - a pinch
• Turmeric powder - a pinch
• Oil for frying
Way:-
• First wash the Hindi and cut it diagonally. It should be thin stripes. Then we will get crispy fry.
• Now sprinkle red chilli powder, mango powder, asafoetida and turmeric powder in it and mix well.
• After this add gram flour and rice flour. Now mix it till the gram flour layer is coated on the Hindi.
• Now add salt to it and mix well.
• Now heat the oil on medium heat and deep fry in batches in a pan. Fry each batch for about three minutes, no more than that. It should have some greenish tint to it.
• Scoop out the oil using a slotted spoon and remove the excess oil using paper towels (excess oil will drain out). You serve it hot, you will get nice crispy bhindi fry.
Serve with roti, paratha or poori.
