Chocolate Kulfi
Material-
▸Milk one (1) liter
▸Milk solids one (1) cup
▸ Flour 1/2 (half) cup
▸Cocoa Powder 2 tbsp
▸a cup of sugar
▸cup choco chips
▸Cream one (1) packet
Method-
• Take a saucepan, put it on the gas, put milk in it
and heat that milk.
• Take all purpose flour in a bowl and mix it with
water till the milk is hot.
• When the milk becomes hot and starts to boil, then
add flour mixed with water in it.
• Now reduce the flame and cook on low flame for half
an hour.
• Put sugar in the milk, and cook the milk till the
sugar dissolves
• After all the process so far, turn off the gas
flame, and take the milk off the flame, after that add solid milk, cocoa
powder, and cream to the milk
• When all the mixture cools down, pour it into the
kulfi mold
• Add choco chips to garnish on top, and close the
lid of the kulfi moalds
• After closing the lid, keep the moalds in such a
way that the choco chips are on top
• Now put the moalds in the freezer to freeze for 2
to 3 hours, after 2 to 3 hours take out the moalds from the freezer, open the
lid of the moalds and take out the kulfi.
Cut it and garnish as per your choice. And serve.
Serve the chocolate kulfi quickly,
Note:- Do not keep the kulfi for a long time after taking it
out.
