Easy Vegetable Biryani recipe
Vegetable Biryani-
Ingredients for making Biryani-
• Basmati rice 1 (one) cup
• Peas, carrots, potatoes, cauliflower, cabbage and beans (chopped all vegetables and boil them in water) 2 1/2 (two and a half) cups
• Onion 2 (two)
• Garlic 6 flakes
• Cardamom 2 (two)
• Cloves 2 to 3
• 1 (one) inch piece of cinnamon
• Cassia 1 (one)
• Marathi Mogas 3 (Three)
• Oil 2 (two) tbsp
• Salt (as needed)
• Cashews (fried as needed)
To grind together-
• Coconut (grated) 14 (fourteen) cups
• 1 (one) bunch of green coriander leaves
• Garlic (fried in oil) 6 bunches
Way-
1. First of all take rice in a bowl, wash the rice and soak it in water.
2. After this, put a pressure cooker on the gas and heat it by adding oil, when the oil is hot, add spices and then add garlic and onions and stir.
3. When the onion turns brown, add rice to it and fry for two to three minutes.
4. Add masala paste and half cooked vegetables to it.
5. Fry till you get a nice smell.
6. Boil two cups of water, put boiling water in the cooker, after that add salt (according to taste)
7. Close the lid, cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes. After cooking, take out the biryani in a bowl.
8. Garnish with fried cashews.
