Fruit Falooda
Ingredients for making Fruit Falooda-
For Falooda-
• One cup of corn flour
• A glass of water
For Topping-
• A packet of green jelly
• A packet of red jelly
• Two tablespoons Basil seeds (soaked in water)
• Milk one hundred and twenty five grams
• Fondant one hundred and twenty five grams
• Pineapple half of the smallest size
• A bowl of almonds, pistachios
• Vanilla ice cream vanilla liter
• Red sugar syrup (as needed)
• Ice (as needed)
Method-
• Take a pan, put a cup of water in it and heat it, now add red jelly and dissolve it and take it out, in the same way, dissolve green jelly in a cup of water.
• Now put a saucepan on the gas and boil milk in the pan, now add fondant to it. Stir the milk and the fondant well and mix.
• Peel and cut the pineapple.
• Take a cup of water and mix corn flour in it.
• Put this solution in a non stick pan and keep it on the gas, cook it on low flame while stirring.
• Cook this mixture while stirring continuously.
• When the corn flour starts to settle, then put it in the mold of Falooda.
• Keep ice cold water ready in a bowl before hand.
• Now let the threads of falooda fall from the mold into the cold water of the bowl.
• Cut red jelly and green jelly into cubes.
• Now to prepare it, take a Falooda glass and put the prepared vermicelli in this glass.
• Now add a few cubes of red and green jelly, then add finely crushed ice, prepared fondant mixture, soaked basil seeds, pineapple, one scoop ice cream and red sugar syrup, garnish with almonds and pistachios.
• Your Fruit Falooda is ready.
• Serve Tasty Falooda.
