Pineapple Ice Cream Float
Ingredients - For four members
• cup pineapple juice
• Sugar - three quarter cup
• Frozen pineapple, diced - 4 cups
• Coconut milk - thirteen and a half oz
Method-
• Freeze the ice cream maker's canister.
• To make syrup, keep the gas flame medium in a saucepan, add half a cup of pineapple juice and three-fourth cup of sugar, let the mixture come to a boil, stir it once or twice in between, now turn off the gas.
• Let it cool down completely.
• Now in a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and chilled pineapple simple syrup. After mixing all the ingredients, blend it for two to three minutes.
• Now put this mixture in the ice cream maker.
• Now take five glasses and fill half a cup of pineapple juice in it.
• Now pour the frozen pineapple mixture into a piping bag with a large star tip and pipe evenly into the glass, swirling. The pineapple mixture will float into the liquid, keep piping until you fill the glass.
• Garnish with the straw of your choice and serve
